Dr. Ankita Bali, M.D. (Homoeopathy), is a second-generation doctor with over 11 years of clinical experience in managing chronic, autoimmune and lifestyle-related disorders. She founded Pushpveda Homoeopathy in 2021, continuing a strong family lineage in integrative healthcare. Dr. Bali has been mentored by her parents, Dr Seema Bali, M.D. (Homoeopathy), and Rajesh Bali, a cosmetologist and herbologist, each with over 40 years of professional experience. The institution is named in honour of her late grandmother, Pushpa Bali, whose belief in natural approaches to health inspired the foundation of Pushpveda.

Her clinical approach is aligned with the Biocybernetic Model, which views disease as a disturbance in the body's regulatory networks, including the neural, endocrine, and immune systems. Through phenotypic assessment and individualized homoeopathic treatment, she aims to treat diseases at the fundamental level.

Dr. Bali has helped numerous patients with conditions such as allergies, skin and hair disorders, gastrointestinal and liver diseases and low immunity. She also incorporates supportive lifestyle practices such as Yoga and personalized dietary guidance to support overall well-being.

In plain words: a detailed first interview (case-taking) and whole-person assessment guide an individualised prescription.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is homoeopathy safe? Does it have side effects?

Homoeopathic medicines are prepared as gentle, non-toxic micro-doses, which is why they are generally well tolerated across age groups. Taken under a qualified doctor's supervision, they can also be used alongside conventional treatment.

Is homoeopathy slow to work?

Not always. Acute complaints often respond quickly. Chronic conditions take longer because the aim is to correct the underlying disturbance rather than suppress the symptom, and that process needs time.

Can I take homoeopathy with my existing allopathic medicines?

In most cases yes, and many patients continue both during treatment. Never stop or change a prescribed medication on your own — always discuss it with your treating doctor first.

Do I need to give up coffee, onions and garlic?

Only a few substances genuinely interfere with treatment, and the restrictions are usually far smaller than people expect. You will receive a short, practical list of do's and don'ts along with your prescription.

Is homoeopathy safe for children and during pregnancy?

It is among the gentler options in both cases, which is why many parents and expecting mothers consider it. Dosing is individualised and should always be supervised by a qualified homoeopathic doctor.

How does the first consultation work?

The first consultation is a detailed case-taking covering your history, lifestyle and constitution, not just your presenting complaint. Dr. Bali then prepares an individualised prescription. The consultation fee is ₹500, in-clinic or by video.
